How FlyPig AI handles inquiry information.
This notice explains how FlyPig AI, operated by ICareU Global Trading Ltd., handles information submitted through contact forms, newsletter forms, Atlas corrections and research or opportunity inquiries.
Use and delivery
Submitted information is first stored to manage the request, consent state and delivery audit. A protected Cloudflare event process may then use Resend to deliver an inquiry or requested email.
Confidentiality
Please do not submit confidential technical, legal or commercial information through the initial form. Sensitive details should be shared only after an appropriate agreement is in place.
Consent and unsubscribe
Newsletter records retain the normalized email, consent source and time, current subscription status and unsubscribe time so delivery can be suppressed reliably.
Event history
Operational event and audit records support idempotency, retries, failure investigation and proof that a request was handled. Audit metadata is hashed where raw details are not required.
Service providers
Cloudflare may process and store requests and event state; Resend may process email delivery. Provider access is limited to the purpose of operating the service.
Retention and correction
Keep early inquiries practical and minimal.
FlyPig AI keeps inquiry information only as long as needed for response, editorial review, consent records or legitimate relationship management. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected].
